Title: आत्माओं के लिए आत्मबोध | Self-awareness for souls
आत्माएं सदैव नए जन्मों में प्रविष्ट होती हैं, परन्तु वे तो इस बात से अनजान रहती हैं कि वे आत्मा हैं। उन्हें स्वयं को समझने की ज़रुरत होती है। यह अर्थ नहीं कि हमसे कोई कुछ छीन लिया गया है, यह तो हमारी अज्ञानता की वजह से है। जहां तक मुझे लगता है, सबसे बड़ा विज्ञान आत्मा का है। आत्मा जीवों का प्रेरक शक्ति होता है। जब हम समझ में आता है कि हम आत्मा हैं तो हमें इसके लिए समय नहीं लगता, हम सीधे इस परमात्मा को अपनी जीत जाकर याद कर लेते हैं। जिस रूप में उपलब्ध है हमें उसी को पूजना चाहिए। आत्माओं के लिए आत्मबोध ही सच्ची आदर्श है।
Souls always take birth in new embodiments, but they are unaware of the fact that they are souls. They need to understand themselves. This does not mean that something has been taken away from us, it is due to our ignorance. As far as I believe, the biggest science is of the soul. The soul is the motivating force behind the lives. When we understand that we are souls, then we do not need any time for it, we immediately remember the divine and meditate on it. We must worship the divine in the form in which it is available to us. Self-awareness is the true ideal for souls.
जब हम असफलता से ग्रस्त होते हैं, मन निराश हो जाता है। इसकी वजह हमारी नजर में मनुष्य की कमजोरी होती है। परन्तु अगर हम समझें कि हम आत्माएं हैं, तो हम इस उद्धवृत्त से बाहर आ सकते हैं। जब हम यह जान लेते हैं कि हम आत्मा हैं, तो हमें यह समझ में आ जाता है कि सब कुछ अच्छा हो रहा है। उसे अपने अंतर्दृष्टि की शोध के द्वारा जाना जा सकता है। जब हम समझते हैं कि हमें कुछ करना है तो हम यह समझते हैं कि हमें जीवन में नयी प्रेरणा की आवश्यकता है।
When we are seized with failure, the mind becomes sad. The reason for this is that in our eyes, human beings are weak. But if we understand that we are souls, then we can come out of this cycle. When we realize that we are souls, then we understand that everything is going well. It can be known through self-introspection. When we understand that we have to do something, then we understand that we need new inspiration in life.
जब हम जीवन को वास्तव में जानते हैं तो हम इससे अपना स्वयं की तलाश करते हैं। हम बाहर देख सकते हैं कि कुछ ऐसा है जो हमारी नज़र को स्पष्ट नहीं होता। ऐसे में हमें अपने आंतरिक आत्मा की तलाश करनी चाहिए। जैसे शुद्ध वायु सीधे आकाश में जा पहुंचती है उसी प्रकार आत्मा भी जाती है घर वापस आत्माएं अनिवार्यतः वापस जाती हैं।
When we understand life in reality, then we search for our own self from it. We can see outside that there is something that is not clear to our eyes. In such a situation, we should search for our inner soul. Just like pure air reaches the sky directly, the soul also goes home. Souls inevitably return.
